Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
